in amazon's results today, over $1Billion in revenues came from mobile commerce. its an interesting number and shows the growth of the medium/channel and probaby the impact of impulse buys as these purchases are not made near a desktop.

maybe the greed of newspaper publishers is a big cause for their current woes. many papers were heavily leveraged by their new owners as they were cash cows - now the industry is looking to write off $14B in debt!
