Experiences vs Content

Often, we are too caught up in creating great content but not great experiences. Especially in traditional media, we spend too much time trying to populat online or mobile environments with the same content as we have in our other mediums and consider it a competitive advantage when its actually probably not as impactful as we think.

as an absurd example, a great story is awesome in a book, but wouldnt work in the same format (i.e. text only) on a TV screen. it needs to be changed to take into consideration the overall experience and environment in which it is utilised. content vs experience
